Dried fish commonly called as “tuyo” or “daing na isda” in tagalog, is one of the delicious food
that’s definitely a favorite among Filipinos. These good tasty dried fish is also a favorite delicacy of mine.
Dried fish is prepared by open air drying using the sun or the wind, and or by smoking.
When fried, this is yummy and crispy.
Usually served with fried garlic rice, with scrambled egg or sunny side up.
Dip with vinegar with a squeeze of red hot chili peppers.
And serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee which is great for breakfast.
